The Creative Assistant

Carlie's first career was as a Graphic Designer, she always knew even as a child, she would do something creative with her life. Straight out of university, she worked for a marketing agency as their in house Graphic Designer. As this role grew she started to assist the directors from time to time (yes, it was a very busy role!) Carlie's skill to understand what people needed before they did started to develop. Carlie has now worked as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant in Marketing and Events for the last 10 years. 

Carlie now has a beautiful son, Lennox & daughter Harlow and wanted to find a way to do what she loves and be close to home. "Working from home allows me to continue to work with amazing clients and businesses but also gives me that work/life balance I am looking for".  Her mission is to assist small businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs with their time management and focus. When you first start out, you are the Managing Director, Accountant, Intern and Creative Director. You can't do it all, as Carlie knows all too well!
